Cancellation & refunds

At least 7 days (168 hours): full rental-charge refund.
At least 72 hours but less than 168 hours: 50% rental-charge refund.
Less than 72 hours: no rental-charge refund.

Deadlines are measured before your scheduled pickup or delivery in Palm Beach local time, using when we receive your cancellation. Refund percentages apply to the vehicle rental charge after discounts; related tax adjustments apply.

Delivery is separate: unused, undispatched delivery is refunded in full, regardless of the rental-refund tier. After dispatch or completed delivery, the delivery charge is nonrefundable.
