Before you reserve
Reservations require at least 2 hours’ notice. All pickup, delivery, return, and cancellation times use Palm Beach local time.
Have your Moke delivered to an eligible address within 50 miles of Palm Beach, or choose complimentary pickup and return at available locations. Delivery is $299 per Moke, plus applicable tax. Your delivery address is checked when you reserve.
Applicable taxes and the rental-car surcharge are calculated at checkout. Review your full total and the rental terms before completing payment.
Driver requirements
Renters and authorized drivers must be over 25 years old, hold a current valid U.S.-issued driver’s license, and provide proof of active full-coverage auto insurance that extends to this rental. Only licensed, insured drivers permitted under your rental agreement may drive. The primary renter remains responsible for the vehicle. Complete the agreement and required license and insurance uploads at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery. Missing, unreadable, expired, or ineligible documents require operator review, and the vehicle cannot be released until approval. Missing this deadline does not automatically cancel the reservation or issue a refund; any cancellation or refund follows the accepted policy and applicable law.

Pickup and return
Select your pickup or delivery details when you reserve. Your reservation confirms the pickup and return location or delivery and collection address. Club Moke is not affiliated with or endorsed by these properties.
Return the vehicle at the time and place shown in your reservation. Contact us in advance to request an extension; extensions depend on availability and approval.
Charging your Moke
Use the charging equipment and instructions supplied with your rental. Contact our team before arrival to confirm a suitable charging setup. Do not assume an adapter or public charger is compatible with your vehicle.
Enjoy your rental without having to recharge back to the pickup level. Monitor the battery and plan your return with at least 20% remaining. For longer rentals, recharge as needed using the supplied equipment and instructions. Contact Club Moke before continuing if the charge is too low to return safely. Range and charging time vary with conditions, equipment, load and use.
Return your Moke with at least 20% battery remaining. You do not need to return it fully charged or match the charge level at pickup. For delivery rentals, this is measured when the vehicle is made available for collection at the agreed time and address. Do not run the battery empty; contact our concierge before you are stranded. A return below 20% carries a $25 recharge fee, not a half-day rental charge. Normal recharging is included when you return at 20% or more. Vehicle faults or delays caused by Club Moke do not trigger a low-charge or recovery fee.
Where you may drive
Use only roads on which low-speed vehicles are permitted, with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less, and follow local restrictions. A road’s speed limit alone does not guarantee that the vehicle is permitted there.
Club Moke does not impose a blanket island-only or bridge ban. Every part of your route must be lawful for an LSV. You may cross a higher-speed road at an intersection only where lawful; obey all local and Florida Department of Transportation restrictions.
Do not drive on beaches, sidewalks, bike paths, grass, curbs, or off-road. Confirm any neighborhood or HOA restrictions before booking. Cancellations for property or HOA restrictions follow the same cancellation policy below.
Passenger safety
Everyone must have their own seat and use the appropriate seat belt or child restraint. No lap riding, standing while moving, or riding on the roof. Do not exceed the manufacturer’s passenger or weight limits.
Children age 5 and younger need an appropriate, properly installed, federally approved child restraint. Through age 3, use a separate carrier or an integrated child seat. At ages 4–5, use a separate carrier, integrated child seat, or booster. Confirm compatibility with the specific vehicle and follow the restraint and vehicle manufacturers’ instructions before travel; a seat belt alone is not the normal substitute for a child restraint at those ages.
Florida child-restraint requirements. Contact our team before booking when travelling with children.
Care, parking, and prohibited use
Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Follow traffic laws and use headlights at night. Park in legal spaces. Never leave the key in the ignition.
No smoking, towing, sub-renting, transferring the rental, storing items on the roof, or transporting other vehicles. Return the Moke clean and free of trash and sand. You are responsible for parking tickets and citations associated with your rental, subject to the rental agreement and applicable authorization.
Cancellations and refunds
For new reservations under the policy published September 12, 2026:
- At least 7 days (168 hours) before pickup or delivery: full rental-charge refund.
- At least 72 hours but less than 7 days: 50% rental-charge refund.
- Less than 72 hours: no rental-charge refund.
Deadlines use the scheduled rental start in Palm Beach local time and when Club Moke receives your cancellation. Refund percentages apply to the vehicle rental charge after discounts, with applicable tax adjustments.
Delivery is separate: unused delivery is refunded in full when cancellation is received before dispatch, regardless of the rental-refund tier. After dispatch or completed delivery, delivery is nonrefundable.
Email info@clubmoke.com with your reservation number and booking name. No separate cancellation-processing fee applies. Existing reservations retain the terms accepted at booking. Read the full cancellation policy, including no-shows and unused rental time.
Damage responsibilities — no upfront security deposit
We do not take a separate $500 security-deposit hold at booking. This does not remove the renter’s responsibility for damage, loss, or other charges under the rental agreement.
Take photos before departure and report any damage immediately. We document the vehicle’s condition, provide an itemized explanation and supporting evidence for a proposed damage charge, and notify you before seeking payment. Any post-rental payment is handled separately under the rental agreement and the required payment authorization.
Stolen or unreturned vehicles may result in an insurance claim. Unsafe use or serious rule violations may result in termination of the rental under the rental agreement. Report incidents before leaving the area.
Return & Fee Schedule
Version CM-RF-2026-09-13. These terms apply to new rentals that accept this version. Earlier reservations retain the terms accepted when booked. There is no separate upfront security deposit.
- Battery: return with at least 20% charge. A full recharge is not required. Below 20%, a $25 recharge fee applies instead of a half-day rental charge. Record the charge at the agreed return or collection time; an operator delay or vehicle fault does not trigger a fee.
- Recovery: do not run the vehicle empty or abandon it. If renter-caused depletion or abandonment requires recovery, the charge is the documented necessary recovery cost, capped at $500 per incident including transport. We do not add the $25 recharge fee or a separate delivery or off-island recovery fee for that same recovery. No recovery charge applies for vehicle faults or operator-caused delays.
- Excess cleaning: $50 when cleaning beyond normal rental use is required. Ordinary use and wear are not charged.
- Late return: under 30 minutes, no fee; 30 to 59 minutes, $25; 60 to 119 minutes, $50; 2 to less than 24 hours, 50% of the booked daily rental rate. Each full 24 hours adds one booked daily rental rate, with the applicable tier for the remaining time. Only the highest applicable tier is charged for each partial period, capped at one daily rate; the tiers are not added together. Call ahead for an extension, which requires availability and approval.
- Lost equipment: $25 for a lost key; $75 for a lost supplied charging cord.
- Damage and loss: reasonable, documented costs attributable to the renter under the agreement, not a fixed schedule of automatic repair charges. Normal wear, pre-existing damage and amounts already recovered from insurance are not charged again.
Before requesting an additional payment, we provide notice, an itemized explanation and available supporting evidence. Payment requires the applicable authorization and is not automatically debited by the booking system. Condition and battery level are documented at handoff. This schedule does not change the cancellation or delivery-refund policy.
If an accident occurs
- Stop safely and call emergency services if anyone is hurt or there is immediate danger.
- Comply with legal reporting duties and cooperate with police. Provide truthful information; do not speculate about fault.
- Exchange contact and insurance information and obtain police and witness details where available.
- Photograph the vehicle and scene only when safe, and contact Club Moke immediately.
- Complete the incident report requested by our team before leaving the area.
